  7. All the forms required for your application, including Design&Access statements, CIL, etc, etc…
Building Regulation
From £1100
  1. Detailed Building Regulation Drawings
  2. Our drawings include a Detailed Internal Cross Section
  3. Job specific Building Regulations Specifications Drawings, with Construction detail call-outs
  4. Submissions
  5. Compilation of the necessary documents for submission to your local Building Control
  6. Advise on Structural Engineers to obtain specialist structural calculations if required (Structural Engineers fees separate and start from just £95)
  7. Can guide clients in submitting for building control (additional fees applicable where necessary)
Site Survey
From £150
  1. – collecting dimensions for accurate design and calculations.
  2. – Measures and photographs of your house.
